Many people have asked, what the initials CM stand for in our team’s name “CM Rich N Grace Team”, so you may be wondering the same thing as you look at our website. It stands as a heartfelt tribute to my daughter Carla Morris, my daughter, a promising real estate professional who was embarked on a transformative journey from the medical field to real estate. Tragically, Carla's pursuit of a real estate career was cut short as she passed before completing her course in November 2021. The Rich N Grace indicates that we are Rich in the Grace from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
In her honor, Sammy Morris, her dad along with Liesa Blackburn his cousin, inspired by Carla's passion and determination, joined forces in September 2022 to establish the CM Rich N Grace Team. Carla's dream of becoming a real estate professional served as a guiding light for the team, motivating them to continue the journey she helped visioned.
Sammy Morris, leveraging his 38 years of government service and his experience in leadership, management, and team building along with Liesa Blackburn embodying customer service in the logistics field for over 29 years strive to fulfill Carla's unrealized aspirations. The CM Rich N Grace Team is a testament to Carla's potential, and dedication to completing the course she started, and an ongoing commitment to excellence in the real estate industry.
Though Carla Morris is no longer physically present, her spirit lives on through the team's endeavors. The CM Rich N Grace Team remains steadfast in honoring Carla's memory, turning each real estate transaction into a tribute to the dreams she envisioned.
The CM Rich N Grace Team continues to evolve, and in January 2024, they welcomed a seasoned professional into their ranks. Becky Constantine, a distinguished realtor with a wealth of experience dating back to 1994, brings a wealth of industry insight to complement the dynamic duo of Sammy Morris and Liesa Blackburn.
